About This Property

Les Toits du Barry & Spa is a 160 m² loft apartment on the second floor of a village house in Alba-la-Romaine, Ardèche. Renovated in 2023, the whole apartment is reserved for your group, with air conditioning throughout and a private wooden terrace with a five-person Jacuzzi.

There are four bedrooms, each with a 160 cm double bed. Two of these beds can be arranged as pairs of 80 cm singles. The apartment sleeps eight and has four shower rooms and two WCs.

The kitchen includes a SMEG range cooker, bean-to-cup coffee machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. A plancha is also provided. WiFi, a television with Netflix and a Bluetooth speaker are available. A washing machine, tumble dryer and iron help with longer stays, and a highchair is provided.

Bakeries, butchers, a grocery shop and restaurants are within walking distance in the village. The apartment makes a comfortable base for a stay in Alba-la-Romaine, with space to spend time together indoors or on the terrace.
