Les Poiriers

Les Poiriers is a large, converted barn with oak beams throughout. The ground floor is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining table for ten people and a seating area with comfortable sofas and free sat TV (english and French). There is free wi-fi throughout the property. The games room is on the ground floor with a pool table and darts board. Also on the ground floor is a shower room and toilet.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms, two double rooms, one twin room and a family room with a double bed and bunk beds. All the bedrooms have cupboards and drawers for clothes. The first floor bathroom has an over-bath shower and toilet.

Les Poiriers has a private swimming pool with sunbeds. The south facing patio area is a real sun trap for relaxing and eating outside. There is a charcoal barbeque and large gazebo with table and chairs.

Secure car parking is at the front of the property.
Bed linen is included. Guests are requested to provide their own towels.

Puys de Fou is just a 35 minute drive away. The historical theme park in Les Epesses in the Pays de la Loire, offering extraordinary, spectacular shows it is the second most popular theme park in France after Disneyland Paris.

Vouvant is listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France, it is only 18 minutes away. Discover it's magnificent Romanesque church, the ramparts, the ancient bridge spanning the river and the Mélusine tower - the remains of an old castle.

Mervent leisure centre (25 minutes away)offers plenty of outdoor activities including kayaking, mountain biking and hiking.
