ENTRY
The apartment is reached by LIFT or wide external, covered spiral staircase. The entry lobby has glass doors which close automatically after entering or leaving the building. There is a door phone and entry mechanism to allow access.

ACCOMMODATION
The lower level comprises: A double height (4.5 m) L-shaped living room; a fully equipped kitchen (electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble-dryer); a large double bedroom; bathroom with large bath/shower & WC and a separate WC.

Large sliding doors in the sitting room open onto a south east-facing terrace (12 square metres). Adjacent trees rise above the complex and provides shade in the late afternoon. The immediate area provides a backcloth of red roofs, gardens and trees across which the Gironde can be seen. The balcony surrounding the terrace is sturdy and firm and of a metallic construction. The kitchen door also opens onto the terrace.

The doors and windows are shuttered which are operated by internal winding mechanisms.

There is a UK Free-View TV, DVD and CD players.

The staircase to the mezzanine has open treads with a banister securely fixed to the wall. It is open plan and a small single room leads from it. The mezzanine sleeps two people comfortably.

The Tourist Office in Royan is opposite the Post Office at the junction of the Route du Front de Mer and the Boulevard de la Republique, just behind the Grande Conche. They have information on all the events taking place during the year in Royan and the surrounding region.

There is a Cara'bus service which allows travel within Royan and to many towns in the Charente Maritime. The bus terminus is located next to the railway station. Bus No 3 goes from La Gare to the Market which is close to rue Pasteur.
