The farmhouse is set in tranquil,open countryside with amazing lake views.It is perfect for families with children and dogs. Sleeps up to 10 people, plus 2 babies.


The Farmhouse

A light and airy open plan living and dining area with comfortable seating and a large dining table, smart tv with netflix and wifi. Also air con.
The kitchen is well equipped with american fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, e.t.c.
There is a utility room with washing machine, lots of storage and toilet.
There is a door which leads to the back of the house, here is a hot tub, dry heat sauna, mini gym and pamper treatments.

In the hallway is a spacious cloakroom where there is a beautiful, wide, oak staircase leading to the upstairs rooms.
These include Three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, all with lovely lake views and plenty of storage space.
Large shower room with two double sinks and next door is a seperate toilet.
Back downstairs at the bottom of the staircase you will find an annexe which has a small kitchen, breakfast bar to seat four people and cosy living room.
There is a childrens play room which is versatile for all ages, it even includes comfy seating area with playstation five.
The next room is a double bedroom with lots of storage space, bathroom with sink, bath and shower attachment and next door is a seperate toilet.

Outside your front door is:

A stone built pizza oven where we do fresh pizzas baked to order by the owner Robin. This takes place once a week.
Gardens with seating areas and a choice of two barbeques and tools.
Ample parking.
Outdoor, undercover games area with table tennis and airhockey.
Bikes available for all ages (free of charge). Also for the more adventurous take out the tandem.
Behind the games area is:

Larger garden with pretty plants and flowers.
Relaxation area with wooden chairs and cushions and a firepit which is ideal for you barbeque.
Next to this is our new heated pool (6.25 x 3.75) and (1.2m depth) which heats up to 28 degrees.
A large trampoline (not enclosed).
Another seating area with reclining chairs and sun loungers.
Next to this is the lake which is lovely, here you can see coypus and if you enjoy birdwatching look out for the kingfisher, herons, various birds of prey and lots of wildlife.
We now have a little aviary with a lovely selection of birds.
Please note all of our gardens are open and not enclosed.

La Ville Hervé is situated just over 1km from our local village Landéhen. It has a bar/shop and a boulangerie, and it also has tennis courts and horse riding.

10 minutes drive away is the market town of Lamballe. There you can find supermarkets e.g E.l'eclerc which has EV chargers and not at the house. Also theres Aldi and Lidl plus others.

A major attraction is the Haras National Stud Farm. There are large live displays and carriage rides.
