General Liability
Due to the nature of our business, we can accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, death or damage, which might be incurred while staying on site at Petite Gite Benest.
The owner shall not be liable to the client; for any temporary defect or stoppage of public services to the property, nor in respect of any equipment, plant, machinery or appliance in the property, garden; for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the control of the owners; for any loss¸ damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the client if the property shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period and in any such event, the owner shall, within seven days of notification to the client, refund the client all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period.
Limit of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the owner’s liability to the Client exceed the amount paid to the owner for the rental period
We have a no smoking policy and request that this be strictly adhered to at all times
Under no circumstances can there be any other occupants at the gite only those stated on the booking form are allowed to stay at the property booked, our grounds are for booked guests only.
We, the owners reserve the right to enter the property at a convenient/reasonable time to carry out any repairs deemed necessary. Please let us know as soon as possible if you should find anything which is not working.
Dogs are welcome by prior agreement with the owner (2 dogs maximum). Dogs to be kept on leads as the garden is not fully enclosed.

We kindly ask you to vacate the property by 11:00 at the latest.

Put the rubbish and the recycling in the bins provided and take to the local bins (just around the corner). Food waste to be put into the composter provided outside.
Please clean up after your dog and remove waste to the black bins on the edge of the village.
Leave the gite clean and tidy in the state you found it on arrival.
We kindly ask you to vacate the property by 11:00 at the latest.
