Our annual packages cover a 12-month listing with a UK audience and direct guest contact. Pricing tiers are shown on the page above — pick the one that fits the number of properties you list. We don't involve ourselves in the booking process, so what guests pay you is between you and them.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
No, never! Unlike Airbnb, Booking.com, and others who take 15-20% of every booking, we charge a simple annual listing fee. You keep every penny of your bookings.
How do guests contact me?
Guests can contact you directly through our enquiry system. You'll receive enquiries by email and can respond directly. You can also choose to display your phone number on your listing.
Can I manage my own availability and pricing?
Absolutely! Our owner portal gives you full control over your listing. Update availability in real-time, set seasonal pricing, add special offers, and manage photos whenever you like.
What if I have multiple properties?
We have packages for 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 properties. If you have more than 5, contact us and we'll create a custom package that works for you.
How long until my listing goes live?
Once you've completed your listing and we've verified your identity, your property can be live within 24 hours. We do a quick quality check to ensure all listings meet our standards.
