Le Mas & Le Mazet can accommodate between 2 and 13 people from it's hilltop position in the heart of the Dordogne. Le Mas is a 5* farmhouse with 5 en-suite bedrooms (sleeping 10), whilst Le Mazet is a charming 1-bedroom cottage (2 guests) with 4*. Book them together and you'll have accommodation for up to 13 guests. You might have seen the property on Channel 4's 'Help! We bought a village'. A tree-lined private drive winds through woodland and fields to the houses. Here, time slows down - whether you're lounging by the heated pool, seeking shade for an afternoon rest, enjoying table tennis, warming yourself by the fireplace, or strolling to the neighbours' charming summer restaurant over the field.

Le Mas has 5 bedrooms, all en-suite. 3 are doubles upstairs, with air conditioning and the other two are on the ground floor. One is a twin room, the other can be made up as a twin or a double. There is a large kitchen and spacious sitting room, both with big fireplaces and wood burners. Outside is the summer kitchen which overlooks the private heated pool (for Le Mas guests) and the glorious countryside.

Le Mazet is a 1-bedroom cottage with the open plan sitting room on the upper ground floor and the bedroom and bathroom on the lower ground floor. It has a lovely garden with sun loungers, chairs and table, with stunning views over the valley to the 12th century village church.

The bastide towns of Monpazier and Beaumont, brimming with markets and cafés, are just 10 minutes away. Bergerac airport is 35 minutes' drive. From your hilltop vantage point, the entire Dordogne unfolds before you—magnificent châteaux, celebrated vineyards, bustling markets, prehistoric caves, truffle country and landscape that takes your breath away.
