Luxury 4-star holiday retreat nestled in the heart of the Dordogne, open year-round. Le Chai Villa is a beautifully restored former wine chai—a traditional building once used for wine production and storage—transformed into exceptional accommodation for up to 12 guests. Alternatively, when not fully booked, we welcome bed & breakfast visitors (2-night minimum) with shared access to our facilities, including the heated pool.

The property features 6 en-suite bedrooms: one double and five rooms that can be configured as either twins or doubles. Upstairs, four bedrooms open off the main salon, whilst two further bedrooms are positioned downstairs via a few steps from the dining area. You'll also find a separate 7th bathroom and WC, plus a spacious utility room.

The heart of the home is an expansive open-plan kitchen and dining area that flows seamlessly onto split-level private terraces. The 10m x 5m heated pool is complemented by a solar-heated outdoor shower, BBQ facilities and alfresco dining space—perfect for warm summer evenings. A generous salon with flat-screen TV and excellent high-speed WiFi throughout provides comfort during quieter moments.

Located in peaceful countryside, yet conveniently positioned just 10 minutes from local amenities and a mere 15 minutes from Bergerac town centre and airport. We specialise in motorcycle tours—both guided and self-guided—as the region's winding roads are simply made for two-wheeled exploration. Beyond biking, enjoy golf, horse riding, canoeing, paddleboarding, walking and cycling. Wine enthusiasts will relish local tastings and visits to charming historical towns. Outstanding restaurants and vibrant markets bursting with regional produce are within easy reach.
