La Croix Dupuy

Set among vineyards, olive trees and chestnut woods near Chassiers, La Croix Dupuy is an 18th-century Ardèche house within the Monts d’Ardèche Regional Natural Park. Terraces look out towards Mont Ventoux and the Alps. The house, garden, pool and pétanque pitch are for your exclusive use.

3 air-conditioned bedrooms

This 4-star rated holiday home accommodates up to seven guests. The house is fully air-conditioned with three air-conditioned bedrooms, two shower rooms, and two toilets. The bedroom located in the converted barn includes a 160 × 200 cm double bed, a private shower room, and a patio door opening onto a terrace and the forest. Upstairs, one of the bedrooms can be set up with either a 180 × 190 cm double bed or two 90 × 190 cm single beds. The second upstairs bedroom is equipped with a set of bunk beds (90 × 190 cm). An additional 90 × 190 cm single bed can be added to either the barn bedroom or the bunk-bed room to accommodate a seventh guest. You will be asked to confirm your preferred bedroom configuration three weeks prior to your arrival.

Easy living

The kitchen and living area are air-conditioned. The kitchen includes an induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and coffee-making equipment. Relax in the lounge with television, Netflix, books and board games, or enjoy a meal on the shaded terrace, which has outdoor sofas, a dining table and barbecue. Wi-Fi is provided.

Private pool and garden

The saltwater swimming pool measures 8 × 4 m and is 1.4 m deep, with steps, a fence and gate. Sun loungers, parasols and pool towels are provided. Pool heating is included in the rental price from week 20 to week 38. Before week 20 and after week 38, pool heating is charged at €155 per week or €230 for two weeks.

The terraced garden includes a 12 × 4 m pétanque pitch, with boules for adults and children, plus Finnish skittles. There is parking for three cars and an open carport. A lockable cellar provides bicycle storage and charging. Electric-car charging is available at an additional charge.

A countryside escape

Explore the surrounding countryside on foot or by bicycle, or discover the characterful villages of southern Ardèche before returning to your own peaceful terrace.

Pets are welcome free of charge and the house is non-smoking. Stairs and changes of level mean the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
