About This Property

Gite Skippy is a seclued couples' retreat in rural Charente, offering privacy and tranquillity in a beautiful valley setting.

This self-contained one-bedroom gite features a well-equipped kitchen-diner on the ground floor, with stairs leading to a bright first-floor lounge where dual-aspect windows frame sweeping valley views. The ground-floor double bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with double rain and massage showers, plus access to an optional private indoor two-person hot tub (additional cost applies).

Outside, enjoy a sheltered private terrace and gardens overlooking the Charente valley. The large swimming pool is shared with just one other couple maximum, with exclusive pool use possible on request (additional cost applies). Modern amenities include satellite TV with English channels, WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, and BBQ facilities.

The gite provides easy access to Château Rochefoucauld, Angoulême, and the beautiful village of Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, whilst offering a peaceful base for exploring the region.
