Gite Le Berme near Bergerac

Description

A 2 bedroom ground floor gite attached to the owners property but completely private with its own entrance. Inside there is a double bedroom with kingsize bed and a twin bedroom which can be a large double. The bathroom has been recently refurbished with a large walk in shower, washbasin and wc - plus a separate wc. There is a lounge with dining table and a separate fully equipped kitchen.

Each bedroom and lounge area has air conditioning or heating. All bedlinen, towels and pool towels are included in the price.

Outside the gite there is a small terrace with seating overlooking a large very private garden and swimming pool. There is also an outside table and chairs and BBQ under the shade of trees with 2 hammocks for relaxing. Guests have exclusive use of the heated saltwater pool between the hours of 10am and 10pm and there is a covered games area with table tennis and table football along with a selection of other outdoor games. Guests are free to wander the 17 acres of land around the gite and main house through woodland and fields. There are bicycles available free of charge and 2 electric bikes that can be hired separately.
