In the nearby town of Siorac-en-Périgord, just 6 km away on the River Dordogne, there are more shops, eateries and a supermarket, ensuring everything you need is within easy reach.

The property is set on 7 hectares of stunning Dordogne countryside and is often visited by deer, wild boar, badgers, rabbits, hares and a variety of birds. The expansive gardens and surrounding agricultural land guarantee privacy and peace for all guests.

Good to know:

The property can be rented as a 2 bed option with a reduction on the advertised price. This does not apply during July and August. Please contact us if you are interested in this option.

We welcome guests with children aged 13 and above. This property is not suitable for younger children, guests with disabilities or those who find stairs difficult. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate pets.

The guest accommodation is located in a converted barn adjacent to our farmhouse. We live on site with our two dogs, Leo and Libby.

About the Barn:

The accommodation is arranged over two floors. Access to the upper floor is via stairs leading up to the balcony terrace. On the ground floor there is an independent 35 sqm ensuite bedroom.

The upper level 2-bedroom gîte has been awarded a prestigious 4-star designation from the Dordogne Périgord Tourist Board.

There are three tastefully decorated ensuite bedrooms, all with king-size beds, two of which can be configured with twin beds if required.

The barn has its own entrance, private parking, and access to an 22kw EV charger.

The ground floor bedroom has its own independent entrance. There is no internal access from this bedroom to the upper floor.

The stone chicken coop has been converted into a utility room with washing machine and an additional toilet.
