Just a 5-minute drive from the large well-known market town of Montcuq in the heart of the Lot, Nourède is a beautiful 17th century house with panoramic countryside views. It accommodates 10 to 12 Guests in 5 bedrooms.

A multi-unit property, Nourède is an ideal choice for large groups or multi generation families holidaying together. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house, another independent family bedroom, and a gîte with an additional 2 bedrooms with ensuites.

Both indoor and outdoor dining is easy for large groups, and there are also a number of seating areas around the property offering opportunity for peace and privacy, with spectacular views.

Don’t miss the Lake of Montcuq with its sandy beach and water park just minutes away!

Pets are welcome with prior consent with no surcharge, and swimming pool heating is included in your rental price.

On the ground floor is the master bedroom with impressive vaulted ceiling, and views out to Montcuq tower. It has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. There are minimal steps, with a sturdy hand rail installed. Doors open onto an outdoor terrace outside. There is a twin bedroom also on the ground floor, with ensuite shower room.

On the first floor there is an open plan kitchen, living and dining room, with a large dining table, and a sofa area with satellite TV (1 meter screen, with English channels), a music centre and a selection of books, board games, CDs, and DVDs.

The main kitchen has a large induction hob and oven, a fridge and separate freezer. There is a microwave, a dishwasher and small appliances available.

On this floor, there is also a separate additional sitting room with a sofa bed.

With its own private entrance, another double bedroom, known as the ‘Moroccan Room’, has a king size bed and a supplementary single bed. In this room there is also a kettle and some crockery provided, as well as an ensuite shower room.

The gîte by the swimming pool has two more bedrooms, both with ensuite shower rooms and a convenient kitchenette. One double bedroom has a king size bed plus a single bed, and easy chairs for relaxation. The other has two single beds and easy chairs for relaxation. Both bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms. The kitchenette has an electric hob, a fridge, and a microwave.

Immediately outside the gîte is an open courtyard with a table tennis table.

A cot and high chair are also available.

The large heated pool measures 12 x 6m, with integral steps. It has a convenient electrically operated hard cover for security. The pool heating is included in your rental price.

A terrace with sun loungers and sunshades surrounds the pool. There is also an au vent shelter with a large picnic table, a built-in charcoal barbecue, and table tennis.

This secluded property has a large garden with plenty of trees for shade. There are superb country views, especially to Montcuq in the distance. There are multiple small terraces with tables and chairs so Guests can relax in sun or shade all around the property.

Being at the end of a cul de sac which opens onto quiet country lanes, there are good opportunities for walking and cycling from the property.

There is parking for several vehicles in the convenient IN and OUT gravel driveway.
