This countryside location makes a great retreat for large groups, conveniently just 30 minutes from Bergerac airport.
Pets are welcome with prior consent, and can enjoy the securely fenced garden.
Canard offers excellent fibre wifi. **Note that air conditioning is available in the pigeonnier annexe ONLY, not in the main house.

Prices reflect the main house only, with 6 bedrooms for 12 guests. The Pigeonnier Tower is a supplement that can be added for 2 additional guests.

The main house has 6 bedrooms, 5 on the ground floor and one on the first floor. There are 4 doubles, one with ensuite shower room, and one with a king size bed. Another 2 bedrooms can be made up as doubles or as twins.
There is an additional shower room, and another bathroom featuring both a bathtub and a large separate shower on the ground floor.

The large open style kitchen features a breakfast island with stools, an American fridge/freezer with ice machine, dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, oven, and washing machine.

The sitting room has comfortable seating and a Smart TV, CD player, a few board games and children’s toys.

A wood burner has been recently installed for the cooler months, and prices for the cooler months include house heating. Please note unfortunately the Pigeonnier tower is not available in the winter time.

The Pigeonnier Tower offers air conditioned self contained accommodation for 2 people.
There is a double bedroom on its upper floor with a super king bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. It has an ensuite shower room.
There is a kitchen and sitting room on its ground floor. The kitchen features an electric hob and oven, kitchen sink, small fridge/freezer, a washing machine, and appliances such as kettle, coffee maker and toaster.
Its kitchennette has ample storage space and adjustable stools for comfortable dining. The sitting room has a sofa and a TV.

Outside :
Canard’s private pool measures 10 x 5 metres, and its surrounding patio is well furnished with sun loungers, parasols, and a dining table that seats at least 8 people.
There is also a large wooden picnic table in the garden by the pigeonnier annexe. A gas barbecue is provided.
The large garden is very well fenced, and is also flat which is great for ball games and other exercise.
A table tennis is also available in the garden.
There is ample parking in a dedicated gravelled area, enough for a few vehicles.
