The house is spacious, full of light and very thoughtfully designed, making it a really comfortable place to stay.
The living room has a lovely view of the harbour. The kitchen is very well equipped and has a butane gas cooker. There is a large dining table in the living room, as well as a garden at the back with a terrace, gas barbecue and dining table. There is also a small balcony with small seating and harbor view. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The other two bedrooms share a second bathroom with a bath, washbasin and toilet. This makes the house suitable for different groups, for example grandparents travelling with a couple and their two children.
The internet is fast and reliable. Private parking for 1 car.
An extra bonus is the four good bicycles provided with lights and lock. There is even a bike pump. It takes about 25 minutes to cycle to Dinan harbour, from where you can walk up the hill to the old town in about 10 minutes.
There are three restaurants within walking distance in the village, although it is worth checking their opening hours outside the high season. The nearest bakery pick-up point is about a 5-minute drive away, and several other amenities, including supermarkets, are within a 10–15-minute drive.
A wonderful place to explore the northern part of Brittany. We would love to come back again!

We had such a fabulous stay.
The house was beautiful and we felt so comfortable and at home. Michelle was really helpful with reservations and recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. The immediate area is so beautiful and peaceful and we visited so many stunning surrounding areas.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Such a peaceful setting. The view from the balcony was delightful. We also enjoyed the patio and garden. Beds were comfy and we all slept well. Everything you could need including bikes to explore.

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour.
We stayed at La Maison Rose for 5 nights. It’s a great location for visiting Saint-Malo, Mont Saint-Michel, Dinard and Dinan. Everything is within a 30-minute drive. We really enjoyed the space we had as a group of four adults and two children. Everything we needed was provided, the house was spotlessly clean, and there was even a welcome pack. We had dinner one evening at Lyvet Gourmand – the food was good and the staff were friendly. We wholeheartedly recommend La Maison Rose if you’re heading to Brittany and want to stay in a house that’s fully equipped with all the mod cons.
