The main house centres around a well-equipped country kitchen with five-ring gas range, dishwasher, washing machine, two large fridge-freezers, and comprehensive cooking equipment. Upstairs, a spacious lounge offers leather sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, books, games, and a full-size pool table plus table football. The detached studio cottage, situated 15 metres from the main house, includes a bedroom, en-suite shower room, and lounge/kitchen area—perfect for guests wanting privacy whilst remaining part of the group.

Outdoor facilities include a private alarmed 10x5m heated pool with solar cover and Roman steps, multiple sun terraces, extensive mature gardens with lawns for ball games, children's play area with swings and slides, covered summer kitchen, and both gas and traditional BBQs. Bicycles and outdoor play equipment are provided. Children can feed the on-site chickens and guinea pigs and collect eggs.

Resident owners Julie and Steve, with 23 years' experience hosting families, live discreetly on-site and provide extensive baby, toddler, and child equipment. Le Temple-Sur-Lot village is a 10-minute cycle away, offering shops, restaurants, and riverside walks. Bergerac airport is one hour away. Wine tasting opportunities are available nearby.
