A fully equipped laundry room makes longer stays effortless and carefree.

• On the upper floor, above the kitchen, you’ll find a fourth bedroom with a double bed and a private ensuite bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet)—ideal for added privacy.

• Comfortable lounge seating, media corner, and dining area
• Large panoramic windows with direct access to the terrace, outdoor dining table, and relaxing lounge furniture
