La Petite Madeleine is an officially accredited 3-star Meublé de Tourisme, perfectly positioned on Dinan Port for exploring Brittany's Emerald Coast. This three-storey riverside gîte accommodates 1-4 guests across two generous en-suite bedrooms and welcomes dogs.
Accommodation comprises a ground-floor lounge with French doors and a fully equipped kitchen featuring induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cafetière. A washing machine and tumble dryer are conveniently located in the cellar. The first-floor bedroom offers a king-size bed, wooden flooring, ample storage, TV and en-suite with walk-in shower. The characterful top-floor bedroom features exposed beams, stone walls, a double bed, Juliet window and en-suite bathroom with slipper bath and shower attachment. Both bedrooms are furnished with quality linens and elegant French décor.

I had the most wonderful stay at La Petite Madeleine. The house was beautifully decorated and so cosy. The location was perfect, right by the river for walks and next to the port for coffee in the sunshine. There’s a walk up to the town centre and there’s lots to see and do. Michelle gave me lots of recommendations and checked in regularly to make sure I was ok which was a lovely touch. I am planning another trip to Dinan next year and hope to stay here again if the house is available. I highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting Brittany.
This is a historic gite which has been furnished as a home for the owners, so everything you need is provided from a lovely basket of goodies on arrival to fitting in a small dishwasher to the compact kitchen. Many lovely touches have been added so that you can spend a very comfortable time there. Easy to walk to lots of restaurants within five mins, or into the main town of Dinan with a great and interesting shopping area and lots more restaurants and bars. A good weekly market not to miss!

We had a pleasant stay at La Petite Madeleine. The accommodation is ideally located for visiting Dinan, and Michelle is a responsive host who cares about our well-being. I highly recommend it.
A stunning house in a stunning location. We didn’t want to leave.
The property is amazing. It is beautifully furnished with such style and taste. It was immaculately clean and had everything we needed for our comfort. A welcome basket was there for us on arrival and after a very long drive it was a joy to see! The property not only looks beautiful but it had everything we needed for our stay which was 10 days. We didn’t want to leave. Michelle was very attentive and gave lots of recommendations. The surrounding area is beautiful, full of life, beautiful things to see and lovely restaurants. The bakery nearby is a must.
