Our longere gite 'La Pommeraie' offers beautiful accommodation for 6 people, The front door opens up into the fully equipped kitchen. Cool off in the lounge if the outside is too warm. Fast internet, a large flat screen tv & comfortable furniture add a home from home feel.The large dining room/ garden room has bifold doors that open up into the gardens & play area. Outside a nice size south facing terrace has a table & chairs with a pull out blind for shade. A charcoal BBQ is for your personal use as well.
Closed tread stairs (with stair gates) rise up to the 1st floor landing. Here you'll find all 3 bedrooms (the largest with a king Size electric bed & en-suite facilities The 250 year old walled garden has both swimming pools (the main one with a water slide), a 6 seat Jacuzzi Hot-tub, plenty of sun loungers & a cozy corner, offering somewhere to rest in the shade with a book of your choice. Our gites sit in 6000m2 of grounds, including a huge play area with 2 trampolines, 30 mtr zip-wire, full size pirate boat, table tennis, table football, football pitch, badminton, wooden wendy house & much more. Beau Geste is set in the golden triangle between St Jean d'Angely, Saintes & Cognac. Surrounded by fields of sunflowers, vines & white gravel tracks to explore the local environment.We offer 12 mountain bikes to use free of charge to explore our locality. Swimming in the morning, then cycling to our local vineyard after lunch to sample a glass of our local beverage. Secure parking, fenced off grounds & locked pool area.
