General description
Exlusive modern villa with many luxury amenities on the beautiful cliffs of Normandy with a breathtaking 180° sea view.
The house was built following the natural inclination of the terrain, and embedded into the hill. The ground level gives direct access to the swimming pool and garden at the seaside, while the bedrooms have direct access to the higher garden at the back. The swimming pool opens up with large sliding doors inwardly to the living room and outwardly to the garden and terraces.

Kitchen and dining
The equipped kitchen has the following appliances: microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee makers (Senseo, Nespresso & 2 filter coffee makers), induction cooktop, extractor hood, American fridge and freezer. Next to the kitchen, there is a storage room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Living rooms
Large living room with Tv-corner. A netflix subscription is available for free.

Bedrooms
There are 6 bedrooms with double beds (box springs) and there is mezzanine with 8 single beds, totalling 20 sleeping spots. Three of the 6 bedrooms have a private terrace. All bedrooms have darkening curtains and/or electric roller blinds.

Bathrooms
There is a total of 5 bathrooms. Two of these 5 bathrooms connect directly to a bedroom (only access), the other 3 are shared among the other bedrooms. Three bathrooms have a toilet inside, next to two separate toilets.

Entertainment
There is an indoor swimming pool under a veranda construction with fully sliding windows. The swimming pool has no heating, from mid-May to mid-September the water is at swimming temperature due to the veranda construction.
There is a sauna and jacuzzi, the jacuzzi stays at use temperature throughout the year.

Outside
The house has spacious terraces to optimally enjoy the garden. The garden area is competely surrounded by a fence, so it is safe for children.
There is a large grass playground for the children. Table tennis, kubb and petanque games are available.

Parking
There are 2 parking areas, one for 5 cars (at the front door) and one for 9 cars (next to the garden).

The house is suitable for disabled or elderly people, because the groundfloor is accessible from the backdoor on the terrace (the front door has steps), which in turn is easy accessible from the parking area next to the garden.
For the 2 steps inside, there is a plate available in the house.
