Winemaker ' s Haus - www.winemakershouse.com - in Mirepeisset hat zwei 3-Schlafzimmer-Ferienhäuser, beide mit Swimmingpool und ist ein Idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Region Languedoc - Roussillon.
LA FLEURIE Gite. Gebaut von der Alten Scheune, LA FLEURIE bietet eine zwei-Geschichte, 3-Schlafzimmer-Unterkünfte bequem schlafen 6, möbliert zu einem hohen standard. Es hat Fensterläden Französisch Türen, die vom Innenhof in einem geräumigen und herrlichen Salon, steigt auf das Dach mit der Scheune des 400 Jahre alten Steinmauer.
Es gibt Treppen auf der Seite der Wohnbereich führt hinauf zu einer Galerie, Gehweg, die führt zu und trennt die beiden Schlafzimmer im oberen Stockwerk. Beide Schlafzimmer sind zwei Einzelbetten mit en suite Dusche, wc, und Waschbecken, die mit velux Fenstern in der alten ziegeldach.
An einer Seite der Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss ist die Doppel-Master-Schlafzimmer mit Fensterläden Fenster und en-suite Dusche/Bad, wc, und Waschbecken.
Der zentrale Wohnbereich ist mit bequemen Möbeln ausgestattet und Kabel-TV mit free-to-view UK-Kanäle. Voller Wi-Fi ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Wohnzimmers befindet sich der Essbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen, und eine voll ausgestattete Küche, mit Fensterläden und Französisch Türen, die führen auf die Terrasse und pool-Bereich, reserviert für den privaten Gebrauch.
Der pool ist 4 Meter x 8 Meter ( 12 Fuß x 24 Fuß ), und ist set in einem geschlossenen, angelegten Innenhof mit einer Verordnung Schutzzaun zur Verfügung. Es gibt Tische und Stühle, ein Grill, Sonnenliegen mit bequemen Kissen, Sonnenschirmen. Es gibt auch pool Spielzeug und schwimmt. Um sicherzustellen, dass Ihre Privatsphäre, pool-und gartenpflege erfolgt durch Vorabsprache mit unseren Gästen.
LA FLEURIE ist vollständig gefliest im Erdgeschoss, verfügt über Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück mit Tor; die Fenster sind mit Gardinen und Fensterläden. Es gibt einen CD-player und eine Waschmaschine, sowie eine Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Backofen und Herd, und natürlich eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, toaster, etc. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind im Preis inbegriffen (und spezielle Handtücher für den Strand sind auch vorhanden)

Die alte Stadt Narbonne ist nur 15 km Fahrt. Auch einen Besuch Wert für seine römischen Straße, die Kathedrale, die Grande und die berühmte Markthalle.
Minerve, einem mittelalterlichen Katharer-Hochburg und eines der Frankreich 'plus beau Dörfer' ist leicht zu erreichen. Es gibt auch eine große restaurant - das Le Relais Chantovent.
Carcassonne ist ein beliebtes Reiseziel mit seinen alten befestigten Stadt, spielte in vielen film. Es ist eine einfache 40-minütige Fahrt.
Das Mittelmeer ist nur 30-40 Minuten entfernt und es gibt mehrere große Strände in der Nähe - Gruissan, Narbonne Plage, La Franqui und Leucate um nur einige zu nennen.
Für die etwas abenteuerlustigeren gibt es Kajak in Roquebrun auf dem Fluss Orb. (Dies ist sehr zu empfehlen aus eigener Erfahrung) sowie Wildwasser-rafting in den Pyrenäen.
Ein muss sind die Burgen der Katharer. Quiberus und Peyrepertuse sind zwei spektakuläre Beispiele, Sie sind eine Stunde oder so Weg.
Nicht zu vergessen den Wein. Languedoc-Roussillon ist das größte Weinbaugebiet in Frankreich mit vielen berühmten Namen - Fitou, Minervois, Corbières und St Chinian. Mirepeisset hat seine eigene domain - Les Herbes, Saintes.
Radtouren (Fahrradverleih können leicht arrangiert werden), Reiten, Wandern, Bootsfahrten auf dem Canal du Midi sind alle leicht verfügbar. Ein typischer Kommentar von unseren Gästen ist, dass es so viel zu tun Sie haben zu kommen zurück!

#43. Wonderful accomodation and fabulous hosts (Copy of review on Home Away)
Arrived at La fleurie on a damp cool Friday afternoon but after receiving a huge welcome from Jane and Roger it immediately brightened the day. La Fleurie certainly lived up to expectations. Its bright airy spotlessly clean and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped and welcome food pack provided all we needed for dinner and breakfast the following day. The garden of La Fleurie is secluded and pretty with sunloungers, bbq and patio table and chairs and its own pool. Couldnt have wished for better accomodation. The village of Mirepeisset is a great base for exploring this beautiful area of France. La Taverna serves great food and you can buy everything you need in the local shop run by Lydia. Fresh croissants and bread for breakfast is a must! Larger supermarket is about a 10 min drive away. A walk along the Canal Du Midi to Le Somail is well worth the trip. Le Somail is beautiful with great restaurants and the most amazing bookshop. A wonderful stay and cant wait to make a return visit

We have just returned from a delightful week at La Fleurie. This is a modern comfortable gite tastefully renovated from an old barn with a nicely secluded garden and pool. Owners, Roger and Jane were on hand and were most helpful and welcoming with suggestions for excursions and dining out. Our welcome pack of groceries was generous and saved a dash to the shops on the first night which was very helpful. Wifi was also fast and reliable. This is a lovely house in a beautiful village and highly recommended.

Located about an hour from Carcassone Airport in a hire car and set in the charming village of Mirepeisset, La Fleurie is a newly renovated and spacious 3 bedroom gite. Our hosts, Roger and Jane Hollings provided us with a food and beverage welcome pack and were on hand to help and advise with practicalities and things to do and see. We were also given a detailed guide to both of these aspects of our stay. Though the weather was a bit chilly for a couple of days it soon warmed up, enabling us to divide our time between sitting around our own wall-garden private pool and self-catering in the well-equipped kitchen as well as visiting places of interest (of which there are many in the region). We also ate some very good meals out so all bases were covered!

Roger and Jane are very helpful and knowledgeable without being obtrusive, the Gite was beautifully clean and linen beds and towels of a very high quality. There is WiFi and a good selection of UK TV channels to watch if you have time ! The pool and pool area was spotless and the sun lounger mattresses were very generous. The village has a small but very interesting bread / convenience shop and La Taverne restaurant is great for steaks and duck cooked to order on an open fire. A must visit is Minerve, beautiful setting in the "Mountain Noir" while you are there, book a table on the terrace at Relais Chantovent for fantastic gourmet food ! We only had a week, there is so much to see, we've booked here for two weeks next year !

We Stayed in La Fleurie for 2 weeks in August! Had a wonderful relaxing holiday! The Villa was a great base for exploring the beautiful area, Well equipped and immaculate!! The Pool was an added bonus after a hot day exploring!! The owners and Lupin the dog were brilliant hosts and knowledgable of the area!! Lovely village location with a cute shop and a couple of restaurants all walking distance! Would highly recommend and hope to stay again as soon as possible!! Fantastic
