ChezLeMoulin — Chambres d’hôtes

A natural swimming pool, a mill stream and peaceful gardens make ChezLeMoulin a lovely place to slow down in rural Haute-Garonne. Alex and David welcome guests to this 19th-century watermill near Samouillan, with B&B rooms in the main house and its adjoining Boulangerie.

Start the day with breakfast, find a quiet spot in the grounds, or head out to explore the villages around Aurignac. Woodland, meadow and water surround the mill, with direct access to country walks and quiet lanes for cycling. Toulouse and the Pyrenees offer possibilities for a day out.

The natural swimming pool, with planted areas and a deck, is beautiful year round and shared by guests. Pool shoes are mandatory. Free Wi-Fi, parking, a cot and a high chair are available. One-night stays are welcome, and breakfast and all taxes are included in the room rates.

Master — €150 per room per night
The largest room in the Boulangerie, with two balconies and views of the garden, stream and pool. A 140 cm double bed and a 180 cm superking bed accommodate up to three adults, or two adults and two children. The superking can also be made up as two 90 cm single beds.

Four — €130 per room per night
Set above the old bread oven, Four sleeps two and has a balcony overlooking the pool. Choose a 180 cm superking bed or two 90 cm single beds.

Moulin — €130 per room per night
A spacious room in the main house, with a superking bed for two and views along the mill stream and front garden.

Ruisseau — an extra €90 per night, with another room
This additional room in the main house sleeps two in a 160 cm bed and has a bathroom with a bath and shower over. It is only available when booked alongside another room, not on its own. Mention Ruisseau in your enquiry if you would like the extra space.
