L’Annexe Côté Castagne

Set within the peaceful surroundings of the Domaine des Hauts de Rouquette, L’Annexe Côté Castagne offers couples a charming and independent base from which to explore the southern Dordogne.

Designed for two guests, the Annexe has its own living space, fully equipped kitchen and private terrace, giving you the freedom of a self-catering holiday while staying just a few minutes from Eymet.

Eymet is approximately 3 km away, with its historic square, restaurants, cafés, shops and lively markets. The vineyards of Monbazillac, Bergerac, Issigeac, Monpazier, Villeréal and Duras are all within easy reach.

A continental breakfast basket can be delivered in the morning, and local food platters and other gourmet options can be arranged on request.

Important: L’Annexe Côté Castagne is independent from our three luxury wellness lodges. Bookings at the Annexe do not include access to the lodges’ private swimming pools, spas, saunas or hammams.

2027 prices and short breaks

Prices are in euros for the whole property. The seasonal table gives seven-night prices. Short breaks have their own prices; please contact us for an exact quote for your dates, particularly for stays crossing seasonal boundaries.

Low season (02/01/2027–02/04/2027; 02/10/2027–22/10/2027; 08/11/2027–17/12/2027): 2 nights €250; 3 nights €350; 4 nights €430; 5 nights €510; 6 nights €580; 7 nights €650.

Mid season (03/04/2027–02/07/2027; 28/08/2027–01/10/2027; 23/10/2027–07/11/2027; 18/12/2027–07/01/2028): 2 nights €270; 3 nights €390; 4 nights €500; 5 nights €590; 6 nights €680; 7 nights €750.

Minimum stay: two nights from 2 January to 2 July and 28 August to 31 December 2027; three nights from 3 July to 27 August, with flexible arrival days subject to availability. The tariff sheet also lists €140 per night; please request confirmation of the applicable short-stay total. For 1–7 January 2028, please confirm minimum stay when enquiring.
