Guide for owners: Updating your prices and availability

Hi owners,

To update your availability calendar just follow the few steps below:

1. Visit gites.co.uk then click Member Login at the top.
2. Click Listings -> Manage Listings then the pencil icon next to your property.
3. Click the Availability tab along the top
4. Enter arrival and departure dates then click Update Availability and that's it.

To update prices:

1. Visit gites.co.uk and click Member Login at the top.
2. Click Listings -> Manage Listings then the pencil icon next to your property
3. Click the Payment tab along the top
4. Add your rates by selecting the appropriat options - not our system always needs a nightly rate so if your minimum booking is, say, 7 nights then just divide your weekly rate by 7.
5. When happy click Add rate and that's it.

Keeping prices an availability up to date is one of the best ways to get bookings and ensure you don't waste time dealing with enquiries for booked dates.
