The accommodation was excellent, spacious, clean and well supplied with whatever you would require whilst there. Deborah an d Garry very friendly and helpful in respect of advising about the local area.The outside space is very pleasant and secluded, with a lovely pool, which was well used given the temperatures. The gite is located on a very quiet lane, but very convenient for local amenities, was great for getting bread etc in the morning for breakfast.
The local bar, very pleasant , whilst not fine dining, just what you would want on holiday, and plenty of wines to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
As golfers we played on the course where Deborah and Garry are members, which enabled us to receive 25% discount on the green fees. The course itself is challenging but playable.
Overall, great place, great location and lovely people. We are likely to return at some point.
