Acerca de Este Alojamiento

Designed for up to six guests, Aux Escapades de Monbazillac combines the freedom of a private house with the facilities of a wellness retreat – an excellent choice for families, friends or three couples travelling together.

The house has three comfortable bedrooms: a master bedroom with a 180 cm king-size bed and two further bedrooms, each with a 160 cm queen-size bed. With two bathrooms, a comfortable living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, there is plenty of space to enjoy time together.

Outside, the private heated swimming pool becomes the natural centre of summer days. The property also offers a private spa/Jacuzzi and sauna, together with a private gym.

The summer kitchen provides another place to cook, eat and spend time together outside.

Monbazillac is internationally known for its vineyards and its famous sweet white wine, while the surrounding Bergerac wine region offers a wonderful variety of estates, tastings and vineyard experiences. Bergerac and its airport are within easy reach.

Additional experiences can be arranged, including breakfast, local charcuterie and cheese platters, seafood, massages and vineyard tours.

2027 prices and short breaks

Prices are in euros for the whole property. The seasonal table gives seven-night prices. Short breaks have their own prices; please contact us for an exact quote for your dates, particularly for stays crossing seasonal boundaries.

Low season (02/01/2027–02/04/2027; 02/10/2027–22/10/2027; 08/11/2027–17/12/2027): 2 nights €620; 3 nights €750; 4 nights €880; 5 nights €1,010; 6 nights €1,140; 7 nights €1,250.

Mid season (03/04/2027–02/07/2027; 28/08/2027–01/10/2027; 23/10/2027–07/11/2027; 18/12/2027–07/01/2028): 2 nights €680; 3 nights €850; 4 nights €1,000; 5 nights €1,160; 6 nights €1,320; 7 nights €1,450.

From 3 July to 27 August 2027, bookings are by the week only. Outside this period, the minimum stay is two nights. End-of-stay cleaning is included.

Políticas y normas de la casa

Bookings are made directly with SC ABONDANCE. A 30% deposit is required, with the balance due 30 days before arrival; bookings made less than 30 days before arrival are payable in full. A €750 security deposit applies unless your booking confirmation specifies a different amount; a card pre-authorisation may be required. Tourist tax and any additional services are extra. Arrival and departure times are stated in your booking confirmation.

Cancellation must be made in writing. Unless specific rate conditions were agreed: 21 days or more before arrival, the 30% deposit is retained; 20–8 days, 50% of the stay is payable; 7–2 days, 75%; the day before arrival, on arrival or in case of a no-show, 100%. Booking fees and non-refundable services already incurred remain payable. The owner’s full booking conditions apply.

Pets require prior written approval, subject to applicable rules for assistance animals. No smoking or vaping indoors, no unauthorised parties or events, and please respect neighbours’ peace. Do not charge an electric vehicle from a domestic socket without permission. Follow the instructions for any wellness equipment included with your property, shower before entering the water and avoid products that could damage equipment or linen.
