Your completely private wellness facilities

Your private heated swimming pool, private spa, private sauna and private hammam are for the exclusive use of the guests of this lodge for the entire duration of their stay. None is shared with guests from another lodge.

Set on the edge of the woodland at the Domaine des Hauts de Rouquette, this luxury lodge was created exclusively for two and offers a wonderfully peaceful setting in the countryside just outside Eymet.

Here, mornings may begin with birdsong and the occasional sight of deer emerging from the woods. Days can be spent beside your private pool, and evenings beneath the Dordogne sky with nothing to disturb the tranquillity.

Take a swim in your private heated swimming pool, slip into the spa heated to 38°C, enjoy the dry heat of your Finnish barrel sauna, or relax in your own hammam. Nothing is shared with other guests.

For an even more relaxing experience, the lodge also has its own massage table, and in-lodge treatments can be arranged on request.

Inside, everything has been designed to make a stay for two exceptionally comfortable: a spacious bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in rainfall shower and bathtub, double washbasin, separate WC, dressing area, air conditioning and heating, Wi-Fi, television and soundbar.

Although L’Orée du Bois feels wonderfully secluded, Eymet is only around 3 km away. Bergerac, Monbazillac, Issigeac, Monpazier, Villeréal, Duras and the Golf des Vigiers are all easily accessible.

2027 prices and short breaks

Prices are in euros for the whole property. The seasonal table gives seven-night prices. Short breaks have their own prices; please contact us for an exact quote for your dates, particularly for stays crossing seasonal boundaries.

Low season (02/01/2027–02/04/2027; 02/10/2027–15/10/2027; 30/10/2027–17/12/2027): 2 nights €700; 3 nights €870; 4 nights €1,120; 5 nights €1,350; 6 nights €1,560; 7 nights €1,750.

Mid season (03/04/2027–02/07/2027; 28/08/2027–01/10/2027; 16/10/2027–29/10/2027; 18/12/2027–07/01/2028): 2 nights €700; 3 nights €1,020; 4 nights €1,320; 5 nights €1,550; 6 nights €1,800; 7 nights €1,960.

From 3 July to 27 August 2027, bookings are by the week only. Outside this period, a one-night booking is €399; longer short breaks use the prices above.
