We’re a family of five (plus Pablo, our blue merle Border Collie) from Hertfordshire, with a real love of France, its people and its joie de vivre. We bought our beautiful villa in the picturesque medieval market town of Martel (Lot, Midi Pyrénées) in 2024 and lovingly renovated it in 2025.
After a year of searching, Martel won us over: lively and welcoming, great restaurants and boulangeries, easy walk everywhere charm, and the Dordogne river just 5 mins drive for swims and beach days. Alongside my work as an HR Director, we bring 18+ years of successful holiday letting experience across France and the UK in Suffolk & Cornwall—so you’ll be in safe hands.
