The open kitchen/dining/sitting room opens onto a lovely, private, covered terrace. All the accommodation is on the ground floor.
There are two bedrooms each with a 160 cm king-size bed and its own shower room. There is electric heating in the cottage.
During the main summer weeks, this cottage is let with the larger La Grange (next door). We do not let the two properties to separate groups at the same time. Summer weeks that are shown as available do include the use of the pool. Pool only available May-Sept.
The cottage benefits from wifi.
In the kitchen there is an electric oven, a gas hob, a microwave, a fridge freezer, a washing machine, a dish washer, coffee machine and kettle.
Outside there is dining furniture, garden chairs, a sunny terrace, a covered terrace and a woodland garden with hammocks.
A BBQ is available for guests use.
This is a 2 bedroom cottage and the rates on this site are based on these 2 bedrooms. It can be let as a one bedroom cottage, please contact us for a price. Alternatively, and subject to availability, we can open up a third bedroom (twin room with en-suite shower room) making this a cottage for 6 people. This may be useful for people that wish to arrange a long let and perhaps just want to add an extra room for a short time for people coming to stay with them. Our accommodation is flexible!
Le Cottage and La Grange were created from a lovely old farm. La Grange (see listing 481 on this site) was originally the main animal barn, this cottage was previously the farm house. Each property enjoys privacy and space. We can be found if you have a problem during your stay but are far enough away to leave you in perfect peace. The cottage and the main gite (barn) offer individual private space but when they are booked together we can open a door in a wall to easily run the two properties together. We do not book the two properties to different groups at the same time.

The area is famous for its production of melons, plums, nectarines, grapes, sunflowers and cherries.
The medieval villages of Lauzerte (often referred to as the Toledo of Quercy) and Montaigu de Quercy (site of 12th century castle and with lovely bathing lake/water sports) are both about 8km away and offer delightful places to visit along with a range of local services and restaurants/bars and local markets.
Montcuq with its famous 12th century tower, exquisite bathing lake and colourful Sunday market is about 14km away, whilst Cahor and the surrounding vineyards make a lovely day trip.
