Description
This three bedroom gite is furnished and decorated to a high standard and benefits from a mix of period features and modern facilities. On the first floor you will find a double bedroom with skylight to watch the stars at night, a triple bedded room and family bath/shower room. Downstairs is another bedroom than can be a single or twin. From this room there is a large wetroom with wc. Also downstairs is a well-proportioned kitchen/diner/living room with patio door access to your own sun terrace. From here you also access a raised garden with stunning views and to the shared salt water pool.
A special feature of this gite is the disabled access and facilities with flat floors throughout and direct bedroom access if required.

3 bedrooms (double, triple and single/twin), Pool, Outdoor furniture, BBQ, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, microwave. Disabled access.
Bed linen and indoor towels are provided. Please remember to bring your own pool towels.

Directions
From Montbron follow D699 towards St Mathieu. After 5km @ Chatain Besson turn right onto D163 follow thru Les Brugeauds to Chassagne. After long white building on left turn left. Up the small lane to the top. (signposted from Chatain Besson)

Oak Tree Gites is superbly situated on the Charente, Dordogne, Limousin borders to offer this fabulous region of France with all its attractions combined with fantastic accommodation.
This provides you with wonderful opportunities to build lasting memories with friends and family; so important in making a good holiday great.
The location is so perfectly tranquil for rest and relaxation with the stunning pool and its views. Situated at the top of the lane on a hill traffic noise is a real rarity.
For those of a more active nature walking and cycling routes run from your front door – from easy to strenuous, rarely seeing another person or vehicle.
The range of wildlife, flora and fauna, is immense with opportunities to see wild orchids, hoopoe birds and many other rarities.
Local culture from chateaux, markets, stunning architecture in local villages and towns…a favourite treat is a local producers market banquet on a summers evening – all available within a short drive.
Other activities within easy reach include kayaking, horse-riding, golf, go-karts, quad-bikes.
Summer nights often mean barbeques but for those looking to eat out, a range of restaurants nearby to suit all budgets can be recommended.
To entertain you whilst you are here then alongside the pool, we have 2 acres of grassland for games as well as table-tennis, boules, etc for your use.
