General Liability
Due to the nature of our business, we can accept no responsibility for any loss, injury, death or damage, which might be incurred while staying on site at Gite Magic (Chez Goret).
The owner shall not be liable to the client; for any temporary defect or stoppage of public services to the property, nor in respect of any equipment, plant, machinery or appliance in the property, garden or swimming pool; for any loss, damage or injury which is the result of adverse weather conditions, riot, war, strikes or other matters beyond the control of the owners; for any loss¸ damage or inconvenience caused to or suffered by the client if the property shall be destroyed or substantially damaged before the start of the rental period and in any such event, the owner shall, within seven days of notification to the client, refund the client all sums previously paid in respect of the rental period.
Limit of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the owner’s liability to the Client exceed the amount paid to the owner for the rental period
We have a no smoking policy and request that this be adhered to at all times
The pool will be available from Mid May
Under no circumstances can there be any other occupants at the gite only those stated on the booking form are allowed to stay at the property booked, our grounds are for booked guests only.
We, the owners reserve the right to enter the property at a convenient/reasonable time to carry out any repairs deemed necessary. Please let us know as soon as possible if you should find anything which is not working.
Payment
We ask for a non refundable 25% deposit of the full rental cost at the time of booking to confirm your stay with us. We allow a period of seven days for this payment to be received and cleared. The remainder of the balance will be due 60 days prior to the commencement of your holiday. Payment can be made by online banking or by bank transfer. We will provide our banking details at time of booking.
Reservations made within the 60 days of the start of your stay we will require the full balance at time of booking.
If the full balance is not received and cleared 60 days prior to the start of your holiday we will aim to contact you to request payment should this be unsuccessful and no payment received we have the right to cancel your booking and re-let the property.
