About the house, entering through the main door you arrive in the hallway which boasts original floorboards, to the right you have a bright and airy lounge and to the left a welcoming dining room with traditional furnishings. The kitchen is also to be found on this floor, the kitchen is modern, well equipped including electric induction hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave. Views from the kitchen are to the rear walled garden which offers a very private space to relax. On the ground floor you will also find a separate WC. On the first floor there are two large double bedrooms, both rooms are bright with high ceilings and traditional features. On the second floor there is a third bedroom with a large single bed. On the upper floor you will also find the large family bathroom complete with full sized roll top bath and a separate shower unit. This property is well equipped, comfortable and welcoming, it is perfect to experience life in one of Brittany's most historic and beautiful cities. From this property nothing is too far away, within minutes you can be at one of the many local cafes or restaurants.
