This charming detached house is set in a small hamlet in the heart of rural Normandy. 3 Km from the market town of Sourdeval with its shops, bars and restaurants.

Comfortably furnished, it is ideal for families, with plenty to keep everyone entertained including broadband WIFI, books, games & satellite tvs.

Outside is a terrace and secure lawned garden for relaxing on sunny days with views over the orchard and fields. Plenty of parking.

The house comfortably sleeps 6 people and is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. On the ground floor the spacious living room has a large fireplace with wood burning stove and comfortable seating. There is a tv with Freeview, dvd and cd players. The dining room has a second tv and dvd player as well as a highchair. The kitchen is well equipped with gas cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker & microwave.
The three bedrooms are located on the first floor and comprise of the master bedroom with en suite bathroom (Shower, wc and basin), a double room and a third room with twin beds. The main bathroom has a shower, wc and basin. The house is fully centrally heated and wood is provided free of charge for the wood burning stove.

Outside there is plenty of garden furniture, a barbecue on the terrace and a selection of bicycles in the barn.
