LES COINDRIES COTTAGE & GITES BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Advertisement accuracy
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the advertising material is accurate at the time of publication, we cannot be held responsible for changes or matters outside our control. All information is given in good faith, but no warranties are made regarding information provided, either written or oral. .
Prices shown are per week per property and are inclusive of all electricity, gas and water. Shorter bookings are charge on a daily basis. Bookings are for a minimum of 3 days. Bed linen and all towels are provided. We ask that you use the towels provided in the pool house for swimming and not those from the cottage/gite. You may of course bring your own towels for use at the pool.
It is recommended that you take out insurance to protect the risk of cancellation from the time of booking and for medical, baggage cover etc., whilst abroad. Should a property become unavailable (such as fire or flooding) on the day stated, every attempt will be made to relocate guests. If this is not possible, all rent monies will be refunded, but no further liability will fall upon the owners. The Owners accept no responsibility for personal injury to, or death of, any guests, or loss of or consequential loss or damage to their property, or for other matters over which the negligence or wilful default of the Owner
4. Your responsibilities
The property will be cleaned before your arrival and we respectfully ask you to leave the property in a clean and tidy state when you depart. As we do not charge a damage deposit we ask that all breakages/damage be reported to the owners immediately, in order that they can be rectified as quickly as possible. Please help with recycling by separating your waste and placing it in the bags provided. A laundry is provided for guest use, at a small charge. There is a no smoking policy in all properties. Please bring in the garden cushions at the end of the day. Please do not arrive at the property before 16.00hrs and kindly depart by 10.00hrs on the last day (otherwise there may be an additional charge payable). If you expect to arrive after 19.00hrs please telephone us with your expected time of arrival.
In the event of any complaint arising, either on arrival or after occupation has commenced, this should be brought to the attention of the owners immediately, in order that action can be taken without delay. Complaints will be dealt with as quickly and effectively as possible. The owners retain the right to enter the property at any reasonable time to deal with any complaints and to carry out any repairs deemed necessary to property or equipment. Any complaint after departure must be in writing within 14 days of the departure date.
6. Swimming Pool – Open May to September
The pool is available from 09.30hrs – 21.30hrs. The pool has a continuous depth of 1.5m throughout and is fully lit. If you would like to use it outside of normal hours please ask the owners. Please use the swimming towels provided in the pool house (or your own towels). Children MUST BE supervised at all times. Please use the solar shower before entering the pool. Please do not dive, bomb or make unnecessary splashing. No glass or china whatsoever is allowed in the pool area, please use the plastic glasses provided in your cottage/gite. Please be careful when using pool items such as umbrellas and sun loungers and report any damage to the owners. There is a bottle fridge in the pool house with water, beer and soft drinks available at a small charge. There is a no smoking policy around the pool area. Guests use the pool at there own risk and are responsible for the safety of themselves and their children as there is no lifeguard on duty.
The courtyard and garden areas are for the enjoyment of all guests please be considerate to other guests when using these areas. We ask that football not be played in the garden area. In the evenings guests are welcome to use the fire pits located in the courtyard, please ask if you would like to do this, so that the owners may provide the logs/timber.
We welcome dogs at Les Coindries, and respectfully ask that you adhere to the following:
Dogs must be under strict control at all times while in the property; Any fouling of lawns etc. must be cleared up without delay and placed in the bins provided; The dog owner must bring the dog's bed or basket for sleeping in; Dogs MUST NOT be left alone in the property or elsewhere at any time; Dogs MUST NOT lie on beds or furnishings, and hair must be well cleared up before departing; Dog owners must ensure that their pets are free from parasites and fleas before they occupy the property. Failure to do so may incur subsequent charges.
Each dog or pet will be charged at £30.00 for up to 7 nights, £40.00 for up to 14 nights and an additional £10.00 for every week or part week thereafter. Any damage (which must be reported to the Owners immediately) or excessive cleaning may incur an additional charge, which will be at the Owner's discretion.
Whilst every possible effort will be made to maintain the pool, gardens, properties and household equipment in good order for the enjoyment of guests, we cannot accept liability in the event of any unforeseen circumstances, but ask that guests allow time for these matters to be rectified as soon as possible. We welcome dogs, at an additional charge of £30.00 per animal.
10. Cars & Parking
Other than for unloading/loading on arrival and departure, please park your car in the on-site car park that is available for guest use at all times. All cars parking in the car park do so at their own risk, the owners take no responsibility for accidents/damage how so ever caused
