1. Accuracy

Thank you for your booking, please keep one copy for your own records and sign and return one copy to us in an attachment.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that advert material is accurate at all times, we cannot be held responsible for changes or matters outside our control. All information is given in good faith but no warranties are made regarding information provided, either written or oral.

2. Bookings & Payments

All bookings will be confirmed when a non returnable deposit of 25% of the total is paid, the balance will be due 5 weeks before the holiday.
A security deposit of £500 will be due with the balance.
This will be returned to you after your holiday if no damage/breakages have occurred.

3. Occupancy rules

Under no circumstances can the prescribed number of persons stated on the booking form contract be exceeded. Please note our grounds are for guests only, no visitors are allowed as our insurance does not cover us for such liabilities. If these rules are abused, or there is destructive activity or abuse of our property, we hold the right to ask the whole party to leave, with no monies including the security deposit being returned. If the balance of the holiday is not received by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

4. Linen

All bed linen & towels are provided, please bring your own pool towels for around the pool, please do not use the towels provided outside of the house.

5. Your responsibilities

We recommend you take out holiday insurance.

The property will be clean on your arrival, and we respectfully ask you to leave it clean and tidy when you leave. There is a cleaning charge of 200€. However if the house is left as clean and tidy as you found it your 200€ will be returned to you. If we feel the house needs extra cleaning after your departure we hold the right to take this from the security deposit. Please report any breakages, and report to us anything you discover not working. Please do not arrive at the property before 16.00 and kindly vacate the house by 9.30 on the day of departure.


6. Your stay

Please read the rules in the house for the use of the Swimming pool and fosse septique - they are very important. We the owners retain the right to enter the property at any reasonable time to deal with any problems and to carry out any repair deemed necessary to the property or equipment. Smoking is only allowed outside of the property, please close the doors, so smoke does not penetrate the house, dispose of stubs with respect, and not on our grounds. If the house needs to be fumigated we will charge 200€.

7. Swimming pool

The pool is cleaned in the morning and is usually ready by 9.30 and closes at 21.00. No diving as the pool is only 1.5 metres deep. No glass, bottles, cups plates etc are allowed around the pool - there are plastic cups available in the pool room. Children must be under supervision at all times as the owners cannot be held responsible for their safety.

8. Car parking

Cars are parked at your own risk.

Please note these conditions are governed by English Law.
