On entering the property you will find an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There is Digital TV available (French channels only at present) as well as a DVD player and music system. WIFI is currently not available throughout the property. There is a selection of board games, DVDs and CDs supplied for your use during your stay.
There is a settee and chairs for relaxing and an extendable table which comfortably seats everyone.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for your stay including an electric hob, fridge with small freezer compartment , microwave/grill combination, washing machine, coffee machine & toaster. There is a good selection of pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and kitchen tools.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom, with a W.C and wash hand basin.
A clothes airer and hoover are also available in the property.
Access to the first floor is via the staircase (not carpeted) in the lounge please note the stair risers are open plan so care needs to be taken for those less mobile or very small children.
Located on the first floor you will find the 2 bedrooms, comprising of 1 double room and 1 room with bunk beds.
The main bathroom is also located on this floor and has a W.C, Wash hand basin, bath and over shower.
All bed linen and towels are included in the price and extra pillows can be provided if needed.
A NO SMOKING policy is operated inside the house
This property is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with limited mobility.

This house is located in a row of little terraced properties . There is a parking space at the front of the property along with visitor spaces located at the end of the row.
The garden area at the rear of the property, is accessible via patio doors from the lounge. Here you will find a lovely little garden area, that is fully enclosed with low level fencing, so secure for small children and pets.
For your stay, you will have the use of a 4 seater patio table and chairs, complete with parasol. There is also a BBQ and sunloungers available for your use.
A 10-20% discount on Brittany Ferries is offered (this applies per passenger and each standard car)

Time of Arrival for the start of the holiday is from 16.00 and departure by 10.00 on the last day.
A deposit is required of £150 in case of damages

OUT AND ABOUT Within easy access of the pretty market town of La Roche-Bernard, which is less than 10kms away and within walking distance to bars and restaurants in the area.Brittany has so much to offer with its beautiful countryside, historic villages and places of interest, there is always something close by to visit.
Located within a 2 minute walk are a couple of restaurants
Arzal – The nearest village / town for the Boulangerie, couple of restaurants and Post Office (4 minutes by car or about 10 mins by pushbike)
Muzillac – is about 12 minutes away, with a supermarket, Pharmacy and various restaurants
La Roche-Bernard – This is a larger town, again with Supemarkets and restaurants. There is also a picturesque port and places to hire a paddle boat or kayak. Approx. 12 minutes away
Vannes – a larger town with plenty of shops, restaurants and a port is about 30 minutes away.
Kingoland Amusement Park is within 55 minutes
Plus many more areas to explore which you will find by visiting the local tourist offices
