A modern well equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee machine, blender stick, food scales etc. Plus ample cooking pots, utensils, crockery, tableware & cutlery, make dining in a pleasure.
The kitchen is open plan to the dining room & lounge – lovely for ‘the chef’ to remain a part of the family hustle & bustle.
The lounge has comfy leather sofas, large flat screen TV, DVD player & hifi system. The feature granite fireplace has a wood burning stove, which can be lit all year round to add to the cosy ambiance of this delightful cottage.
Upstairs there are 3 light & airy bedrooms, 1 king-sized, 1 twin (with 2 single beds) and a single. An extra bed is available if required. Professionally laundered bedlinen & towels are provided – however please remember to bring your own beach towels!
The family bathroom is modern, clean & tidy, with a bath, bath/shower, basin & toilet. There is also a downstairs toilet.
Stair gates & infant equipment (cot & highchair) are available on request.
For Alfresco dining the cottage has a private terrace, with patio furniture & BBQ, overlooking the gardens.
Rest assured that children & teenagers will be kept well occupied with the entertained & facilities provided in the hamlet. The heated swimming pool is secure & has a ‘child proof’ entrance gate. The play area has a table tennis, trampoline, boules pitch, climbing frame, swings & slide, sand pit etc. Plus an indoor board games area & ‘Den’ for the older children to enjoy, with large cinema screen for watching movies.
The hamlet is also ideally located to offer easy access to a host of family attractions and places of interest to visit (both on the doorstep & further afield). Plus, only half an hour drive to the nearest recommended family beaches.
Horse riding, pony trekking, canoeing, kayaking, golf, tennis, water sports, country walks and cycle tracks are also available near to the hamlet.

The hamlet, can be located between the D159 and D156, between Quistinic & Melrand - approximately 3km NE of the village Quistinic, which is 12km NW of Baud, lying just north of the main East-West roadway, the route N24, between Lorient and Rennes
Nearest sea ports into Brittany are St Malo & Roscoff (both 2 hrs drive) and into Northern France, Caen & Cherbourg (3hrs 10 & 4hrs 5). Further north are the ports of Le Havre and Dieppe (4hrs 15 and 5hrs 5) and Calais /Eurotunnel (6hrs 25)
