Allocated parking along side which is lit throughout the night.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms; the master bedroom has a double bed and en suite shower room, while the other two bedrooms have twin beds. There is a family shower room.

Directions
Our nearest airport is Tours, just 40 minutes away with flights from London Stansted, Manchester and Dublin, car hire is available from the airport.From Tours airport follow signs for La Chartre sur le Loir.
Our nearest port is Caen around two hours away. If you prefer the channel tunnel Calais is four and a half hours away.
From Calais or Caen head to Le Mans then follow signs for La Chartre sur le Loir, Lhomme is 5 minutes from there. Mark always gives his mobile number before your trip so if you get lost he can find you and guide you here.
Neighborhood
Lhomme is a small commune 2.2km away with two excellent cafe/resturants, a butchers, bakers and a little shop. We have a supermarket 5 minutes away and the lovely old town of La Chartre sur le Loir with links to the Le Mans racetrack through the Hotel de France. 10 minutes away is a fabulous lake with manmade beach, with lifeguards in the summer months, huge park and sporting activities including tennis, minigolf, canoeing, sailing and archery. The Forest of Berce is 15 minutes away with cycle routes and walks signposted. Just 40 minutes away is the historic city of Tours with the many chateaux of previous French Kings as well as Leonardo di Vinci. In the opposite direction is Le Mans with its famous racetrack ideal for car fans, it also boasts some of the oldest city walls in Europe and a fabulous light show at night in the summer months. Situated on the Vignoble wine route which offers a pleasant walk or cycle through the local vineyards, there are plenty of opportunity to purchase from local producers.

Policies
The balance is due six weeks before the arrival date. You will be reminded about this by email in good time. If there is less than six weeks from booking until arrival the whole amount becomes due at booking.
We accept bank transfer or cheque in pounds sterling or Euros.
Changeover Day:
In July and August change over day is a Saturday but at other times of the year we are able to be more flexible.

Prices are based on whole weeks, shorter stays will be calculated on an individual basis. Guests wishing to book two consecutive weeks, will receive 10% discount on the second week.
For the major Le Mans events such as the Le Mans 24 Hour and the bi-annual Classics prices will vary, please contact the owners.
