The master bedroom has a king size bed, with plenty of storage space, the second bedroom has two large single beds that are suitable for adults and children, again with plenty of storage. There is also a well equipped shower room with wc and wash hand basin. There is a private patio area with seating and dining table with parasol.

Neighborhood
Location.
We are located on a no through road Hamlet, we are the last property in the Hamlet therefore very little traffic, generally the only passing flow is the local farmers in tractors, and hikers and cyclists on the famous Pilgrim Trail to Le Mont Saint Michel, that runs down the side of the house.
Restaurants, Food and Wine.
In our local village at Lonlay L'Abbaye, there is a Tabac, Restaurant, Bouchers, Boulangeries, there is also a Biscuiterie which is open to the public for a tour and to purchase biscuits, whilst in Domfront, our closest town, which is 6 km from us there are two large supermarkets, plenty of Tabac's and Restaurants, also a local produce market on a Friday and is home to an assortment of shops.
Activities.
There are many outdoor activities available locally, there is a very impressive golf course about twenty minutes drive, there is also water sports available locally, there is a man made beach about twenty minutes away, where you can swim in the huge lake, and build sandcastles on the beach, there is also a children's play area. We are about an hour from the famous Le Mont Saint Michel, France's largest tourist attraction, and also we are about fifty minutes away from Fougeres, with its breathtaking views and medieval Chateau. More locally we have the charming village of Lonlay L'Abbaye with its beautiful Historical Abbey, which is our closest village. We also have the Medieval town of Domfront with its Famous Norman Chateau ruins and beautiful gardens, with panoramic views of the surrounding forests and countryside, plenty of tabac's and restaurants, and also a local produce market on a Friday and is home to an assortment of shops.

Policies
Payment Policy
A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking. Second payment of 50% is due 12 weeks before arrival. Remaining 25% payment is due 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. If the contract is cancelled by the tenant, the following cancellation fees are due:
a) Up to the 90th day before arrival date: 30% of the total booking sum.
b) From the 90th day till the 28th day: 60% of the total booking sum.
c) From the 28th day till the 7th day: 90% of the total booking sum.
d) From the 7th day or later: 100% of the total booking sum.
