Welcome at Ker Sud, a traditional stone built property with a lovely large salt water private pool. The property consists of a main house and an annex and is rented out as one (no other guests on the property). The living room of the main house gives access to the covered outdoor terrace with a spacious dining table and chairs. Next to the dining area a lounge set to enjoy the long warm summer evenings or just have a drink with friends or family. In front of this terrace the salt water pool with 100% privacy. On the other side of the main house, the kitchen gives access to a second terrace with the BBQ where you have a BBQ while watching the sun going down.

The main house consists of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. At the back of the house the laundry room and a (outdoor) toilet. The annex has a bedroom, bathroom and a small lounge area on the ground floor.
Ker Sud is located in the village of Saint Jean Laur, in the southeast area of the Lot department (Occitanie, southwest France). Saint Jean de Laur is a charming little town with about 200 inhabitants. The village is located at an altitude of about 300 to 400 meters and consists mainly of traditional stone houses (‘maisons en pierres’). The village itself has no shops, several times a week the baker passes at your door (on demand) with fresh bread.
For daily shopping, a drive of about 8 km to Cajarc or Limogne and Quercy is necessary. Here are you can find also several restaurants and terraces. There is plenty to discover in the region and the department: medieval villages, traditional markets, canoe trips, castles, etc.

Términos y condiciones

Payment conditions: 30% of the total lease amount should be paid within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation. The rest of the payment should be made 8 weeks before the start of the lease period at the latest.
For reservations within 6 weeks before the start of the stay, payment should be made in full.
