El Apartamento es incluso mejor que la descripción, y hemos pasado varios felices fiestas allí. Es realmente cómodo, y la gran piscina privada fantástica de lujo. Derek y Lisa son muy útiles, y Marseillan cerca de todos los restaurantes y la cultura que quiera. Algo para todo el mundo, y esperamos volver el próximo año.

We had an amazing week in Marseillan exceeding all our expectations. We wanted to stay somewhere with a pool, dog friendly and with a beach nearby and this delivered over and above.
Lise and Derek gave us a very warm welcome and provided everything we could possibly need for our stay. It was lovely to sit under the shady tree on the terrace having long lunches and enjoying the beautiful weather, cooling off in the pool.
The location of the apartment is only 20 minutes walk from the pretty town with lovely waterside restaurants and a few bars. Within 15 minutes drive you can be on the vast beach which even in August, had some quiet spots.

We enjoyed our week holiday at the apartment. The property was clean and comfortable and we were well looked after by owners Derek & Lise.
The location is perfect and easy to walk to all the local shops and restaurants, we hired bikes for a couple of days which was a great way to explore further along the coastline. A lovely place to stay.
We had a wonderful week at the Garden Apartment - Derek and Lisa were perfect hosts (yes, even a lift to the supermarket!) We wanted a quiet break that offered a private pool, town and beaches nearby and lots of food and wine.
This lovely little hideaway delivered.
We hired bikes to make the most of the beaches and scenery.
Private pools usually come with three or four bedroomed properties - an expensive option for only two people. But this one bed apartment suited us perfectly.
This apartment is an integral part of Derek and Lisa's residence and is maintained and furnished to a very high standard. It includes all necessary amenities, private access to a refreshing swimming pool, outside dining area and provides an excellent base within the small port town of Marseillan which is situated alongside the Etang de Thau and a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Marseillan Plage, Sete and Vias Plage. Derek and Lisa are wonderful hosts who offered support and advice when required but never intruded on our privacy. On their advice we visited a few local sights which were all very interesting and Lisa helped us arrange a tour of the historic Noilly Prat vermouth distillery which is located next to Marseillan Port and was excellent and enlightening (don't drive there though)! This apartment is perfect for a couple or party of two who want a high quality, peacefully quiet base for their French sunshine holiday and we are happy to recommend this property.
The apartment is located perfectly, being close enough to walk to the port and village of Marseillan yet without the noise. Having sole use of our own pool was a real treat and lovely to come back to for a late afternoon dip after a day out. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and clearly well maintained by Derek and Lisa who live quietly upstairs. They were delightful hosts and a real mine of information about the local area. As a result of Derek's advice we enjoyed several interesting trips out; we found the quietest spot on the beach, had lunch with the locals in a nearby wine cooperative, took a hot but spectacular hike in nearby Moureze and had a delightful day mooching around the alleyways and glamorous streets of Montpellier. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment for any couple looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in Marseillan!
