The Barn at Chez Bourgogne has been developed to a high standard , blending both traditional and new, resulting in a comfortable accommodation that retains its original rustic charm. It has a spacious private garden with hammocks, boule pitch and bbq area, as well as above ground swimming pool ( 3m x 5m ) which is solely for your own use. It is situated in superb rolling countryside with magnificent panoramic views
The Barn has an open plan kitchen/ dining & lounge area with double height vaulted ceiling and exposed oak beams. French double doors open onto a partially covered additional dining area and private gardens. The kitchen is fully equipped with full cooker, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, hand blender and a generous supply of glasses, crockery, cutlery and cookware. Dining area has a farmhouse style table & 4 chairs. The living room has ample comfy seating, a large satellite TV and an open plan staircase leading to the bedrooms & bathroom and a small mezzanine area.
Bedroom 1 has a pretty French antique double bed and matching large free standing wardrobe with mirrored doors. There are also two bedside cabinets, oak chest of drawers and cooling fan. This bedroom has exposed oak beams and amazing views of the surrounding countryside from the bedroom window. Bedroom 2 has twin single beds with bedside cabinets, large triple door wardrobe with hanging space and shelving and cooling fan. Again this bedroom has exposed oak beams and amazing views of the countryside from the bedroom window.
There are 2 bathrooms at Chez Bourgogne. There is a large downstairs bathroom, with spacious deluxe corner shower, toilet & wash basin and washing machine. The upstairs bathroom has a bath and hand held shower, toilet & wash basin. Wifi is available throughout the property
We supply all bed linen, bath, hand & swimming pool towels ( with a 7 day changeover), dishwasher tablets & washing up liquid as well as general household cleaners.
On your arrival we also supply a welcome pack including wine, bread, cheese, tea, coffee, milk & sugar.
The Barn at Chez Bourgogne is attached to the original Farmhouse and both properties enjoy their own private pool and gardens.
We live nearby, so we are on hand if required for any help or advice, but we still ensure that our guests have total privacy.

AGB
On your arrival we also supply a welcome pack including wine, bread, cheese, tea, coffee, milk & sugar.
We request a refundable damage deposit of 200 GB pounds in the form of a cheque (or cash) upon your arrival returned at the end of your stay adjusted if required.
A booking deposit of 25% of the full rental cost is required to confirm your reservation, and a period of seven days will be provided to allow for this payment to be received with the balance due 60 days before the start of your holiday. Payment can be made either by online banking or bank transfer, therefore when booking please request our bank account details and we shall forward them to you.
Reservations made within the 60 days of the start of your holiday will require full payment at time of booking.
Prices
Prices are per week per gite and are inclusive of electricity, gas, water and the provision of bed linen, bath, hand, & swimming pool towels with a changeover every 7 days. We request a refundable damage deposit of £200 in the form of a cheque or cash upon your arrival returned at the end of your stay adjusted if required.
Cancellation
100% refund if cancelled within 60 days before the start of your holiday
50% refund if cancelled between 59 & 30 days before the start of your holiday.
Check in/ Check out
Check out before 10.00 am
Check in after 4.00pm. As we are on site an earlier baggage drop off is possible on the day by prior agreement.
Amenities
The use of the accommodation & amenities, such as swimming pool, bikes, hammocks etc are entirely at the users risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury to a client or visitor. Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere within the property.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is not supervised and therefore any use of this facility is entirely at the clients risk. Therefore please ensure that there is adequate supervision at all times of any children within their party.
