It is a single story timber clad gîte with shutters at all the windows and a stable door. There is a very comfortable bedroom, beautiful quality bed linen and towels including pool towels. The open plan lounge has free Wi-fi and Internet, Flat screen TV with English Channels. Fully fitted kitchen and an en suite.
Outside the new private pool for your exclusive use, with adjoining decked area allows breakfast beside the pool. Also a further covered outside eating area with a BBQ for those long summer evenings. Private parking next to the property, it is all south facing. Plus a Welcome Pack to start your holiday off on the right foot. We respectfully say that no smoking is allowed inside the gîte.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, crockery, glasses, kettle, washing machine etc. With plenty of storage space, a small oak table and chairs for two. Stable door leads out to the south facing garden.
Laundry facilities include washing machine, washing basket and peg basket, ironing board and iron.
Living rooms
The lounge is comfortably furnished with a sofa and armchair. For those cooler evenings you may wish to use the thermostatically controlled electric wall heater or the beautiful antique French wood burner. The first bucket of wood is supplied to you free of charge, there after every bucket will be €5. Flat Screen TV with Freeview and DVD player, Wi-Fi. There are plenty of books both fiction and non-fiction, board games to keep you amused.
Bedrooms
Very comfortable French bed and Merino mattress. Quality linen is used at all times. There are bedside tables with lamps making that last read of the day relaxing. Ample storage space available with a beautiful antique armoire and chest of drawers. The french door leads onto the decking by the pool, ideal for that fresh glass of orange with your breakfast.
Bathrooms
Shower room with an enclosed shower with jets. Wash basin and toilet. Electric heater and towel rail. We do supply two toilet rolls.

Electric wall heater and Antique log burner (first pail of logs are free, thereafter 5 euros per pail)

The village of Saint Nicolas des Eaux sits beside the Blavet river. There is a very popular crêperie, à bistro that sells pizzas. This year we have a restaurant gourmand open up. Sat overlooking the river, where you can enjoy your meal. Rental of canoes, kayaks and pedaloes. You can hire electric bikes or ordinary ones for the more active. Plumeliau is about 6 kms away where you can find all the amenities that you need.
La Petite Botte is suitable for singles or couples or want to "escape to the country". It has a warm, calming ambience so it is very easy to de-stress and unwind, for those that lead full on day to day living. It is a little piece of tranquillity.
For those that like activities you are spoilt for choice, close by are the facilities for fishing, golf, horse-riding, karting and ten pin bowling. For the more adventurous there is Camors Adventure Forest, it has tree climbs of different abilities and zip wires. This is just 30 minutes drive away.

Celebrations are held at St Nicholas with street markets, live entertainment and finishing the evening with a superb firework display - all totally FREE.
